Restaurant Blues

You can’t really tell a stupid employee that they’re stupid. Just gotta teach them how to be smarter about things. Though, them being stupid reflects on my lack of ability to teach them. And if we really cannot teach them, give them a warning. 

As they higher up, I need to be the one taking the high way. Be fair. Be neutral. But that’s damn hard when the person is hard headed.
