The Restaurant- bits and parts

Catering is where the restaurant needs to start entering if we want to survive as we are now.


  • offering lunch boxes
  • having “packages”
  • offering nicer looking serving trays and utensil to pick up later
  • catering orders to include white rabbit candy
  • or to include white rabbit candy with all of our guests

Just to run smoothly as a restaurant

  1. write up that manual
  2. hold staff meeting initial one- one for English speakers & two for Chinese speakers;
  3. monthly staff get-together: bar/ dinner/ history walk/ tour
  4. health department up to code- storage, food prep area
  5. fix up the salad stand- fish and chicken salad
  6. continue to look for servers from universities/ colleges
  7. find them cooks: post on the window again
